And have you ever noticed how the 30 year time period keeps geting pushed back? They started saying 30 years about ten years ago. So now it should be 20 years, not another 30.

Or is this one of those crazy statistical things such as: If you lost a poker 99 times in a row, you odds of winning the next hand are still 50/50? (Assuming the game isn't rigged.)

With this reasoning I could understand it.
