Petra - an instrument sort of similar was in operation at Stanford - Stanford had a ULF station - Earthquake tracker aren't quite the same frequency tracking (they are using ELF) and is a much smaller antenna that the ULF antennas - there are 6 ULF antennas throughout the state - I'm not sure where they are but they are being watched... It would sure be nice to see the data from those!
