Southern California seismicity appears to be on the rise today with earthquakes of Ml 2.5 at
Big Bear, 2.3 at Lake Isabella, and 2.0 at Yucca Valley and 1.9 at Oceanside. It is just a matter
Of time now before that Ml 3 comes.
You may recall that Don's original advisory for the Bay Area expected event in early May,
As the most probably large earthquakes. That advisory had also said:

"We should start seeing an increase in quake activity starting is Southern California on or about 04/17/2002. This will be with quakes 3.0Ml and larger. There could be a 4.5Ml in there somewhere. This activity will continue moving north towards the Bay Area."
