Canie-it looked like you had 2 times. Petra-I want a single time, not a range. If you give a range, I will take the center time of the range as the time. So, it is sort of 2 contests in one: one to get the time, the second to get the location: which also is a center location, not a range. And, yes, Canie is correct: the earthquake can be predicted for a month from now if you want (but Lowell suggests that you would be wrong). So, do I really write that badly? I'd better be more clear on my proposal or I will be wasting my time......Chris
