Lots of microearthquakes in the region from Pinnacles to Morgan Hill tonight

There are lots of "popcorn" quakes occurring along the faults from Pinnacles to north of
San Francisco tonight. Here are the latest:

ML 1.7 2002/04/21 23:16:33 37.225N 122.073W 17.7 6 km ( 4 mi) SW of Saratoga, CA
ML 1.4 2002/04/21 22:51:18 36.611N 121.120W 6.7 9 km ( 6 mi) NNE of Pinnacles, CA
ML 1.4 2002/04/21 21:55:57 37.205N 121.461W 7.2 19 km (12 mi) NE of San Martin, CA
ML 1.9 2002/04/21 21:21:50 36.774N 121.508W 11.0 8 km ( 5 mi) SSE of San Juan Bautista, CA
ML 1.3 2002/04/21 20:33:10 36.566N 121.092W 8.0 6 km ( 4 mi) NE of Pinnacles, CA
