Hi Todd,

Hollywood is for the young, those with more optimism than I possess and a willingness to work so hard to live the impossible dream.

I've had my media fun, been on TV several times, done two live news TV shows and have been in the print media quite an number of times over the years.

My future does not lie with "hollywood sets" but somewhere behind a podium speaking about what I consider the important personal issues are that surround people in daily life. I've had my experience at the podium before, many times addressing audiences and those will serve me well in the work I will do in the future.

I am very touched by the suffering that engulfs all of American's in one form or another. While great advances in many areas are occurring we still have children who are starving to death, in California we are 49th in the US in education, spousal abuse is at an all time high and for the children of the suffering, they suffer the most. Then there's the fleecing of American's that goes on every single day. Little by little our basic human rights are eroding away and unless and until the greater number start learning about how these problems affect them, I'm afraid I see America in a downward spiral which will lead to some very serious problems for all of in the future.

No acting for me, while I love to be funny, I am mostly very serious and seriously concerned about everyone.

Petra
