Todd, The names of the towns do not matter in the forecast - it is the forecast epicenter which is checked, and in this case a near exact match occurred. And, yes, earthquakes of Ml>=2 are not uncommon in the area. In the last year there have been 12 earthquakes of Ml>=2 within 10 km of today's epicenter. That means that 12 5-day periods have contained such an event in the past year. Odd of choosing such a period by random are about 1 chance in 6. As I understood Don's explanation, each event listed in his advisory is a possible event. The radius is 35 km and time +/- 2 days of the date given. So each can be treated as a separate forecast.
