Hi Cathryn & Lowell,

As the contest rules said the quake had to be Ml>3 I didn't fix a magnitude. Was I supposed to? I thought from the way I read the rules it said the person closest to the epicenter of the predicted location would be the winner if it was Ml>3.

So if I need to make a correction, please let me know.
