I guess I should have phrased that a little differently, or not. I meant the quakes listed that day on whatever source they come from, ie: USGS maps or NEIC maps. If it gets listed, it counts.

If you can find it, its yours. So says Eve in the Garden regarding the forbidden fruit. She said, "If I find it, it's mine." Of course that started the greatest argument in the history of civilization and one that continues today. But what can we do?

So let's make it quick and easy. If you make your prediction and it shows up on any list and it fits, then you are in the running. Then whoever is the closest gets to be the whatever.

Maybe we should change the title of the winner from the "worlds greatest forecaster" to "the golden hit award."

Don says count him out. He can't compete against two known blondes and the rest though he is uncertain of the hair color are puttin' the squeeze on him in these contests. "Poor Thing."
