WOW! Don, this is a big forecast for you. Honestly I've been tracking you for the past 2 years and this makes me a little on the nervous side. You have always been very conservative and consise with your methods. Not to mention you don't subscribe to that hocus pocus bull and seem to write on the issues on a very scientific, objective and concise basis. Seeing this from you definetly will raise eyebrows. IMO if there is a 6.0 quake anywhere in the state, not just in the Bay Area in the window you specified, it has to be counted as a hit.
