By the way, for those of you who are not acquainted the
Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES) in Toulouse, France.
is the French equivalent of Houston and NASA. I know there are
some French scientists who are very interested in the triggering
aspects of eletromagnetic field fluctuations.
The site is quite impressive. When you go there you can actually
sit in a space capsule or tour the French Ariadne rocket, among
a host of other things. If you are ever in the Toulouse area, make
it a point ot visit the CNES site.
