Activity after very slow California earthquake days

Thus far today appears to be by far the slowest day in the past 2.5 years of earthquakes
in the California area. A question has been raised regarding subsequent activity following
such lulls.
A check of the NCSN and SCSN catalogs shows the following earthquakes occurring
on the previous low-seismicity days.

Lowest since 1-1-2000 was Nov. 29, 2001 with 35 listed events in the two catalogs
Earthquakes occurred on
Nov 30 - off the coast of No. Calif of Mb 5.2
Dec 2 - Mammoth Lakes Ml 3.4

The other 4 slowest days were"

March 14, 2001 - 36 listed events

Followed by:
Ml 3.0 March 16 - Hollister
Ml 3.3 March 17 - Mammoth Lakes
Ml 3.4 MArch 17 - Ridgecrest
Ml 3.1 MArch 17 - So. California Islands near Santa Rosa

April 11, 2001 - 36 listed events

Ml 3.5 April 12 Watsonville
Ml 3.4 April 13 Parkfield

April 2, 2001 - 37 listed events

Ml 3.0 April 3 Watsonville
Ml 3.4, 4.8., 4.2, 3.3. 4.0 April 4-5 - Off Coast of No. California and Oregon
Ml 3.8 April 8 Coso Junction Ml 3.8

Dec 24, 2001 - 39 listed event

Ml 4.0 Dec. 27 Coast of No. California
Ml 4.6 Dec 28 Tres Pinos

Certainly there appears to be a strong increase between 1-3 days after very
slow days in the region, often along the Central San Andreas or off the Coast
of Northern California - those seem to be the places to watch.
