I usually don't bother with anything less than about a Mw 6.5, but where the quake
occurs in an unusual location, I might go as low as a Ms 6.2-6.3 but wouild only expect
effects in combination with other large quakes at that level. Obviously, the larger the
quake, the stronger FFA sequence would be expected.
