evaluation limits

Hi all;

Another limit consideration has popped up.

Currently I allow a distance limit of 3 times the radius, which is fine for the tiny quakes we have here. But recently someone on Syzygy predicted a quake in China.

Well, China is so big that the limits encompassed the whole world and evaluation took FOREVER!

So I'm thinking 3 times the radius not to exceed 500 km beyond the predicted value.

Any opinions?
