Let's get specific!!

As everyone is looking for a new contest - let's see if we can beat the accountants and
get our minds off our payment to the government.

Some hints.

Hint 1: An earthquake occurred in Oklahoma today - see

Hint 2: There was a strong M8.2 solar flare at 12:23 UT on April 10. Strong quakes often
follow 4-5 days later - you can be the judge of where.

This was followed by a second flare this evening at 17:31 UT on April 12 M4.0.

SEC expects CME from the first to arrive midday on April 13, from the second
midday on April 14.

Hint #2: The strongest earthquakes in the past week have been happening at
intersection points of multiple rings on the FFA maps.

Combining information from hint 1 and 2 you might be able to make a reasonable
guess where an event will occur on April 15 (tax day) +/- 1 day.

So, here are the rules for the next contest:

1) In order to be considered, the earthquake must occur on UT 14, 15 or 16 April.
2) The earthquake must appear (at some time) in the CNSS catalog
3) Your prediction must be for an area which contains the three letters: IRS
or TAX
4) Rules are as for previous contests
5) The winner will claim the title "World's Greatest Earthquake Predictor" currently
held by Cathryn and any tax breaks you can get from being the owner of that title.
6) Contest entries must be posted by 00:00 UT on April 14.
7) No events in Hindu Kush or Taiwan will be accepted (they are aftershocks)
