I've been working on the evaluation program trying to get reasonable limits in place.

That has nothing to do with the predictors and I'm offended to have you suggest bias on my part.

If you will check the program documentation on this website you will see that the current distance limit is 3 times the predicted radius. You predicted 150 km, 3 times is 450 km, the quake in question was 585+ km. That's not even a near miss.

Actually, anything beyond 150 km is a miss. The others are there for training purposes.
