Hi Shan. You may want to look at this way. Lets say the quake occurred at the magnitude you said it would. Your prediction was for
Magnitude: 6.8 to 7.2M
From: 7th April 02 - To: 13 April 02
Location: IRAN
Lat: 33N - Long: 57E - Range: 150 KMs

The quake occurred at 2002/04/08 18:31:00 36.50N 52.22E 59.3 4.7 B NORTHERN AND CENTRAL IRAN

Would your prediction that was off by 585Km have done them any good had it occurred at the magnitude you said it would?
