I don't know how you would judge whether the accuracy increases with more year's data. You might get a different answer but is it better?

Yes, the catalog size jumped enormously when I switched to CNSS instead of NEIC because of all the small CA stuff.

Any desired output options?

Right now it's a white on black screen with square grids, continental outlines and mag 5+ quakes to show seismicity. The rings plot in different colors, up to 4 epicenters plottable. The lower 1/3 of the screen is the i/o window. Probabilities also go to a file for later review.
