I wonder why CNSS is not listing the Amarillo Texas earthquake - maybe they are
waiting for a local determination. NEIS has listed it permanently now as a Ml 2.8
at
2002/03/31 02:54:08.1 35.359N 101.824W 5 ML= 2.8 TEXAS PANHANDLE REGION.

Could this be manually input and tested for probability against Cathryn's forecast
so a contest winner can be declared?

You may also need to check your program. Cathryn's forecast was only about 900
km from the Colorado event - within the 1000 km radius to be checked. Could it
be that because she limited her forecast to 1 day - April 1, that the program cannout
check this event. Does it take the last date and subtract from the first to find the
time window to be expanded. If this is the case, April 1 minus April 1 is zero, the
program would not be able to look beyond that single date.
