I wish you wouldn't say that again. You can't prove that you ever published the paper because then you'd have to let all of us know who you are. So, you may have, but there's no solid evidence that you ever did. Though I'd like to think you did. Is it possible to publish it again on your web page, minus your name so we could read it?

As for the matter of cost, let me clue you in on a little something. If you join the AGU, which costs all of $30 per year, you can go to either one of their conventions, Washington DC in the Spring or San Francisco in December and for a mere $70.00 present an abstract and a poster explaining whatever it is you wish to convey. You don't have to be a scientist to make a submission. So its really quite affordable.
