Hey Don, Another success. But since it is a pretty seismic area, I don't suppose the probabilities Are terribly low. Still, it looks good to me. And a lot of successes on moderate probability Events is as important as an occasional success on a low probability earthquake in terms Of demonstrating your case. SCSN is reporting the following earthquake this morning: O: 03APR2002 10:39:46 33.8N 116.9W ML=2.8 SSE of Banning, CA Don had forecast the following: F: 03APR2002 +/-2 day 33.7N 117.0W Ml 2.0-3.2 Hemet California (within 35 km) The earthquake occurred on the day expected, within 25 km and in the middle of the Expected magnitude range.
