According to my contest rules for the 1st through the 7th of April you are correct, Roger.
However, the forecast was made BEFORE those rules went into effect and the rules
of your April contest still applied. Can't change the rules retroactively and be fair
to the contestants. Also, since the earthquake occurred on April 1, local time, I think
it ought to be allowed.
