Let's close out the March Prediction contest.
The original rules of the game included the statement:

"The person who is best able to predict an earthquake during the period March 18-25
shall be proclaimed by this board "the world's greatest earthquake predictor""

By this I intended that the forecast quake had to occur between March 18 and March 25.
Since March 25 has come and gone, even if a forthcoming earthquake has a lower probability
Than the current leader, in my opinion it would not count since the earthquake was
To occur "during the period March 18-25".

I therefore request that Roger declare the winner of this contest as per the contest rules.
