Re: Geomagnetic storm activity – warning signal lull

Here are some of the types of questions which I am looking for answers for at the moment. They should demonstrate how complex this subject matter appears to be.

Assuming that links do exist between geomagnetic storms and the types of earthquake warning signals (including “ear tones”) which I and a number of other people are monitoring,

1. Are strong geomagnetic storms simply increasing the efficiency of processes which are making it possible for earthquake warning signal data to be transported from fault zones to other locations around the world?

2. Is geomagnetic storm related electromagnetic energy pouring into fault zones just before earthquakes occur? And is that energy then being converted into warning signal electromagnetic energy?

3. Are fault zone related warning signal generation processes such as the piezoelectric effect being amplified in some way by geomagnetic storms?
