What I gave is what I gave - I don't think a quake on the Palos Verdes fault could be an aftershock to the 4.6 - I wouldn't consider a 4.5 in the location of the 4.6 as a hit for my forecast even if it was in the range...

I just looked it up and there is 133km distance from the 4.6 to my forecast area so an aftershock surely wouldn't even be considered.
