OK, This 4.6 is now on the NEIC page and I see on the SCEC page that it was reviewed by a seismologist. I forgot to mention that there was a ~M6 in 1981 on the Santa Cruz Catalina Ridge fault, but this EQ is west of that fault. There is not yet a focal mechanism on the NEIC page but there are phase data to construct one with. They may post one later. Chris
