This person (whatever he wishes to be called) has made extraordinary claims of being
able to predict earthquakes better than anyone else in the world. All we are asking is
that he back those claims up with some evidence - evidence before the fact not after.
As you know people can claim just about anything. If people are allowed to make
claims without providing justification for those we would be amiss in our duties.
I apologize if I have said anything to offend anyone, but as a scientist, I require
some sort of evidence for claims made before I can accept or reject them, as I am
sure you do. In science a person's word is simply not enough.
