Hey, It's been a while since we had a contest.
Since the self-proclaimed "World's greatest Earthquake predictor" can't or won't make
a prediction to this board, I hereby proclaim that title available to the winner of the
following contest:

The person who is best able to predict an earthquake during the period March 18-25
shall be proclaimed by this board "the world's greatest earthquake predictor"

Rules:
1) All entries must be made publicly to this board
2) Scoring will be done by Roger Hunter using his new system - winner will
be declared by Roger
3) No aftershocks of current aftershock series will be allowed
4) All entries must be made before the date of the quake.
5) Decisions of the judge will be final
6) A limit of two entries per individual
7) Entries must be declared as applying to the contest
8) The forecast form must be used to enter a prediction

So, let the fun begin!!

And may the "World's greatest earthquake predictor" win!!

And may the best predictor win.
