I Have Made A Decision

Good Evening,

Sometimes there are larger issues in life that may go unnoticed by some, but for others they loom larger than life. Today, the issue is Freedom of Speech, a right guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution.

But we should understand that outside of the US, the guarantee to freedom of speech does not apply. This is an area where anyone who is interested in International earthquake prediction must be rather careful. For instance, China does not allow earthquake prediction. Being advised of one from someone outside of their country does not mean they cannot take action. They could contact the Department of State and ask for an accommodation, ie: Please, advise that person not to contact us again regarding predictions.

Should anyone worry about being found? Yes indeed. Why? Because if you have an e-mail address and the government has a subpoena all they have to do is locate your ISP, deliver the subpoena and instantly they are at your doorstep. What happens after that could get darn interesting. First, they could call one subversive, perhaps confiscate a computer, never allow Internet access again or a whole list of potentials.

Some have urged me not to leave, to all of you, thanks for your supportive words. I will not be denied my First Amendment Rights under the constitution and therefore, I will follow the rules of the board in not attacking a person, however, if there is room for a comment about a subject which I find I wish to comment about, I will do so. I will not set aside my rights.
