What goes onto NOAA sites is tightly controlled and usually takes weeks or months
to get onto the web after submission. For daily reports, this type of delay makes
the reports useless and unusable. There is also a lot of material in those summaries
which would be thrown out under the type of internal review of documents that goes on here,
as you know. They aren't exactly party line. But I have been thinking of setting up
a personal web page where that type of information could be posted and made available
to a wider audience.
