Hi Lowell,

A little over two years ago I spent a considerable amount of money to begin my web page business touting Seismowear. It was supposed to be a really fun enterprise where I could create a whole new clothing line for people interested in geosciences and earn a much needed second income.

A geologist I know walked into my home in a very friendly way and then announced I was infringing on his copyright from his site. Seems when I wasn't looking he had added a store to his site and named it the same as my store. He told me he wouldn't sue me provided I sold his products with a commission. After I pulled my advertising spot off the web he said it was okay and to keep going.

I told him he was a dream stealer. Today Seismowear doesn't exist and all of my plans were put on the backburner and eventually I got onto earthquake safety. I haven't ever stolen anything in my life, but I don't want to be threatened. Yesterday I got the second dose of what I got a couple of years ago. It turned me absolutely cold.

I was smart this time around to seek out legal assistance, but frankly, I don't want to keep having to go through that. Today a morsel of a few words I've said on Battered Angels may help a woman live because he husband wants to kill her. Don taught me how. Every year in America 1500 people die when one or another spouse kills them. If I can help them to live, I've done more than I can with being here.

The best parts of ear tone sharing that used to occur here is now gone and cannot be recovered. It may be a good thing or not, but I won't live under the treats of another poster on this board. Today there is one, who knows, in a few more months there could be more. My dreams again were stolen and I've had enough of it.

Maybe its time for an underground ear tone network where only certain gifted people can post and then a place where real progress can be made will have its own home. I'll have to think about it.

Thanks for your words, but I've been fried twice and that's two times to many.

Petra
