There is an important reason why I am making a concerted effort to get this matter settled right now.
Earthquake forecasting breakthrough? Feb. 13, 2002
That “breakthrough” enabled me to generate and circulate what I believe was an excellent forecast for that destructive March 5, 2002 Philippines area earthquake. And based on that data processing advance I am now planning to make a strong recommendation to governments and to scientific groups around the world that they attempt to develop a specific type of precursor data processing computer program which my data indicate should be quite helpful to them when they try to evaluate certain types of data.

I need to determine if I can post announcements like that to this bulletin board without having to worry that my family’s safety etc. could be placed in jeopardy every time someone else posting a message to the board does not like the content of my announcement. I can find other places to post those announcements. It is a little difficult to find a replacement for a family.
