More on Don's Maine forecast and the earthquake off the Maine Coast today (Ml 3.3)

That Winslow, Maine forecast just gets more and more interesting - especially for Mainers like
myself. Those who follow this board may recall that Don had made, not only the Missouri forecast, but also one for Winslow Maine, which was supposed to happen as follows:

F: 07MAR2002 +/-2 days 44.4N 69.4W Md 2.0-3.0 Winslow Maine (within 35 km)

I believe this is the first forecast Don has made for the northeastern U.S., someone correct me
If I am wrong on that . Anyway, a Ml 2.2 occurred in southern New England on March 6, the
Largest in nearly 6 months in that region, and I thought the forecast was over. But, the earthquake Off the Coast of Maine this morning bet the March 6 event hands down for interesting earthquakes.
Today's earthquake occurred in an area where no earthquakes had previously been identified with Ml (LDGO) of 3.2 (3.0 USGS and GSC) with the following parameters:

O: 12MAR2002 07:13:25 41.7N 69.3W MN=3.0 Southern New England (NEIS)
O: 12MAR2002 07:13:23 41.3N 69.5W MN=3.3 So. Of South Yarmouth ME (LDGO
O: 12MAR2002 07:13:19 41.2N 69.1W MN=3.0 Atlantic Ocean (GSC)

This is one of the largest earthquakes in New England in the past 5 years. Two of larger magnitude have occurred - on Feb. 26 1999 (Ml 3.6; Winslow Maine) and Oct 25 2001 (Ml 3.5 Old Town Maine). The quake occurred nearly due south of Don's forecast epicenter but was more than 200 km to the South. Interesting, though that this was Don's first forecast for the area three significant events did occur in this relatively non-seismic area which were close to Don's forecast in their parameters.
