Hi Lowell. Thanks for the wealth of information once again, your reports have been missed.

I was looking to see if the PNW would be on your FFA forecast and see that it is not. The reason I was looking is because I have noticed that not long after larger events in the area of the 7.2, that sometimes larger events in the PNW follow within a month or so.

In 1949 - NOAA 1949 03 04 1019 36.60 70.60 300 7.70 MsNOAA
NOAA 1949 04 13 1956 47.10 -122.70 7.00 MsNOAA

In 1965 - NOAA 1965 03 14 1553 36.60 70.80 215 7.80 MsNOAA
NOAA 1965 04 29 1529 47.40 -122.30 6.50 MsNOAA

In 2001 - 2001 02 25 022159.59 36.42 70.88 202 6.20 MwGS
2001 02 28 185432.83 47.15 -122.73 51 6.80 MwHRV

Perhaps there is no relation other than coincidence. I guess we'll just have to put our feet up and watch as Don says :-)
