Re: EQ Lights & Other Associated Matters

Hi Lowell & All,

This is one darn interesting topic, but it reminds me so much of how difficult it is to prove something that is so very, very simple.

If earthquake lights are generated by "some means" before earthquakes and associated tsunami's occur, then why is it to difficult to understand or conceptualize that earthquake faults generate an electrical sound before earthquakes as well?

Sometimes we have the double edged sword in some matters in Nature/Earth. On one side you can take data and formulate it into a model and then explain the phenomena. Then we have earthquake lights and ear tones, which are real events and somehow it eludes the ability to process it into a model and claim they are really associated with earthquake behavior by scientific processes.

I still like the Noah and the Flood story best. God told Noah a flood was coming and to collect two of each species of animals and build the ark so they would be saved. Everyone thought he was nuts, but he built the ark and the rest is history.

You have to wonder if the same type of event occurred today how many would claim Noah was a nut. The weathermen wouldn't be able to figure it out and forecast it, so history would repeat itself and Noah and the two by two's would still be the only survivors.

Of course it would have to start with the original argument that God does/does not exist and therefore can/cannot speak to human beings. The rest would probably get left in a muddle.

Don wanted to know if they got time and half for overtime. (Noah and friends). I told him no, because they didn't have salaries then, nor a union. Reminds me of women office workers. They can't get along long enough to form a union. Excuse me, I've got to get Don off the floor and back onto his chair.
