I have what may be an extremely ignorant question - however... Our satellite tv is out, has been all day (which is a first) and the explanation is 'due to atmospheric conditions'. There are no electrical storms about or heavy rain, snow, wind etc. Its just heavily clouded. Could it be the sun?
