Has any formal research been done on ear tones?

During my free time I work on projects that are intended to save lives. And I believe that I have been quite successful with some of my past efforts. This earthquake forecasting project is one of them (and it seems like it is never going to come to an end).

What I have found over the years is that one of the most effective ways of moving those types of projects forward is to locate competent people who are moving in the same direction and work with them towards some goal. That is the main reason for my posting notes to this bulletin board. It is one of the few places where the science of earthquake forecasting is being discussed. And of the various earthquake bulletin boards presently in existence at this time I feel that it is one of the best and most professionally maintained.

The main focus of my earthquake research at the moment has to do with direct and indirect links between the positions of the sun and the moon in the sky, and earthquake precursor generation and earthquake triggering times. Unfortunately it does not appear that anyone posting notes here is interested in that area of science. And so I have not been spending much time trying to discuss it. While Dr. Whiteside was posting notes here it was possible to get some expert input regarding geomagnetic storms and far field triggering effects etc. And productive discussions were held regarding those topics.

The topic of choice for discussions at the present time appears to be “ear tone” research. I have now volunteered about as much as I myself know about them. And I think that it might now be a good time to check around and see if anyone else knows about any research which has been done in that area.

The following is a short inquiry note which has been temporarily stored at one of my Web sites:

It is intended for posting to several Newsgroups some time today. And I will probably circulate copies by e-mail to a few researchers and earthquake sensitives who are not presently posting notes here. Perhaps some of them will send along some information which I or someone else can post to the board.

If you can think of anything which should be added to that inquiry note then you might let me know. There might be time to change some of the copies before they have all been circulated.
