It is my understanding that here in the U.S. there are formal copyright laws which pertain to what use you can and cannot do with information stored at Web sites. I believe that those laws do not apply to people in many other countries unless they intend to do business here in the U.S. or in some other country where the laws apply. So, for people in some other countries the Web site information of U.S. citizens is "up for grabs."
