Time elapsed is > prison sentence

Th excerpt below dated Jan. '98 shows that the 41 months prison time would have come to completion by now. If so, this would at least address the "getting him out of prison" aspect (assuming he is still alive).

Clearly, those who abused their authority should be put in prison themselves.
-------------------------------------------------
A cruel and unusual, prison sentencing of 41 months and an additional 24 months of probation were imposed on me following my third and most severe heart attack. My chronic heart failure and advanced age were ignored in sentencing me. A prison in Ft. Worth Texas is the designated place of my incarceration. Presumably they will treat my cardiac condition. I do not expect to come out of such prison facility alive. I am sixty two years old with progressing heart failure.

I, George Pararas-Carayannis, declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that everything in this Affidavit is true and correct and supported by documentation.
