Hi there. I upgraded from 4.7 to 6.2 and two weeks later I removed 6.2. There is alot of fluff that doesn't appeal to me in 6.2 and there were lot's of extra pop up ads that were 6.2 related. Again, not my cup of tea. It did seem to be a little bit more stable than 6.2 to me, but for a couple of improvements, it wasn't worth all the other aggrivation. Just my personal opinion after trying them both. I'm still using 4.76 and waiting for something better.
