Roger, If I was more organized we should move these discussions only of interest to us 2 to email, but I'd have to dig out your address from my notebook. I'm still not clear on what you would be interested in using-it is my intention to eventually put the compiled program and the source code on a web site. The compiled programs will be MacIntosh, while one of the programs outputs in GOCAD format, which does not run on MacIntosh. One of the other programs will read .fps format, which is a standard of some sort. It would be easy to modify the other program, the one that outputs XYZ format for GOCAD, to some format that your programs could read. This program will be using UTM coordinates, but there is free software for Windows (CORPSCON) that allows you to go back and forth between Long-Lat and UTM (XY).
