Hi Gerry. It probably is. It's very unlikely that another quake anywhere near that magnitude will occur in the vicinity of this one.

140Km from my forecasted epicenter isn't all that great however the date was inside the limits. The magnitude could be higher or lower depending upon which scale is used.

The data I'm using shows promise in some areas, but still needs a lot of work. More testing needs to be done before it can be used with a confidence of 90% or greater. I know that is quite high, but when your forecasting a major quake it's going to have to be as accurate as one can get it.
