Movement near locked region

New quake is close to locked region. I don't recall a 3.3 being this close to Tejon Pass in a while. Anyone got the stats?

3.3 2002/01/22 00:39:29 34.541N 118.966W 0.3 17 km (10 mi) NNW of Fillmore, CA
