Somehow...people who believe that:

1) other people are adults who can make their own decisions when made aware of possible threats
2) "Can Handle It" (the information with uncertainty)

must have leaked this out perhaps.

The real-estate companies might not be enthusiastic about such warnings though....outta sight...outta mind.

True...there's lots of stuff we'll never know about...but it seems that the truth has a way of surfacing sooner or later (whatever subject area)....
