Are you including the new area of Nunavet? I just happened to be watching C-Span the day Nunavet bacame a Province in 1999 taking with it a part of NWT....The natives up there are so talented...and of course both areas are not well populated....Mostly Inuits. Some very talented music-wise. An area where you do not want to go out unless you have a Moosehead Beer Don:-)
Although I have never been there, I have several friends who have lived in both areas...One needs to be a lot tougher that say here in the wilderness of 49 North. A tough crowd...I wonder if they have any oral history of EQ's? Would be interesting to know!
