One comment:

I personally feel that people who are earthquake sensitive represent a potentially invaluable earthquake forecasting resource. And former "Project Migraine" director Chris Dodge who passed away last year was reportedly at one time collecting data from as many as 125 people who had that ability.

Over the years I myself have tried repeatedly and without success to duplicate that type of effort. And I now believe that a reason for that is the fact that people who have those abilities need to have a considerable amount of personal feedback when they attempt to forecast earthquakes. Something like that would probably require an established group because of the amount of time that data collectors would have to devote to talking with the sensitives. I believe that Chris found the effort to be almost overwhelming.
