Location Descrepency

Hmmm, USGS shakemail mail I got showed it at

TIME: 21:14:17 GMT
LOCATION: 35.9407N -120.0243W
MAGNITUDE: 4.1
EARTHQUAKE ID: 9740857

which is very different from the cali-nev map .......

I think USGS shakemail may be way off. Not as close to my prediction as I thought ?
