Ever the one to tinker, I have changed the RINGQ program to read any NEIC "compressed" file in its' directory. From the DOS level, type

RINGQ FILENAME

substituting whatever is needed for FILENAME.
It plots quakes as triangles in 3 different sizes, depending on the mag. QUAKES.TXT will be plotted if you don't give a file name.

I also removed RINGS.EXE and its' associated files from the .ZIP since it saves a lot of space and no one would want it anyway.
