Your report reads like so many I have seen. People run into the streets. I wonder if this is some sort of natural response...built into our minds...Same thing at the WTC. People jumped out of buildings...I think it is a knee jerk reaction and unsual considering most EQ advice says NOT to run out of the buildings...This area should be explored..
