Just curious wording and maybe some hints of HAARP maybe ?

Anyway, I have seen the chemtrails spreading out and remaining for hours on end. This is a deviation from the description for contrails. There appears to be a difference but it appears to be unknown or there are various claims being made as to adverse material being found....
